The role connects CRM, Marketing, Retailers, Sales, Pre-Owned, IT, and regional teams to create targeted prospects. You will guide Service Inclusive, Value Service Packages, and customer conversion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop customer retention programs for BMW and MINI service
Analyze segmentation, teleservice, and service chance data

Requirements:
College automotive degree or university business or management degree
Minimum five years of relevant experience, preferably automotive
Superior analytical and project management skills
Solid automotive technical, selling, and relationship-building knowledge
Microsoft Excel and SAP proficiency with worldwide travel ability
