Bachelor’s degree and three-plus years of related experience Solid experience with real estate contracts and leases Knowledge of construction projects and project timelines Robust organizational, problem-solving, and deadline management skills Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Use real estate planning, lease expertise, and construction coordination to support Alcanza locations and clinical research operations.
