As an Onboarding Project Manager, AVP, you will support Global Equity Solutions and corporate clients moving onto equity administration platforms. You will manage Stock Plan Administration and Employee Broker Services implementations while coordinating milestones, requirements, risks, and client readiness. Your work connects clients, internal stakeholders, technical specialists, software development teams, vendors, and executives throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary contact for assigned corporate clients
Establish project milestones, timelines, schedules, and standards
Gather requirements and relay customer needs to technical teams
Lead reviews,



status reporting, issue resolution, and escalations
Translate equity compensation practices into actionable client guidance

Requirements:
BS or BA degree, or equivalent education and experience
At least two years managing software or implementation projects
Experience handling multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office, equity software, CRM, and project tool proficiency
