As a Resource Management Manager, you will advise Partners and RMP on staff placement and business needs. You will monitor utilization, analyze data, and develop workload-balancing plans. The position also requires workflow management technology expertise, solid judgment, and collaboration with Human Capital.

Requirements:
Five to seven years of relevant work experience preferred

Communication, negotiation, influence, judgment, and problem-solving skills
