Lead software acquisition analysis through financial modeling, valuation, and diligence in a high-volume M&A; team supporting multiple markets.

The Associate works across sourcing, evaluation, and transaction execution for specialized software businesses. You will collaborate with the company’s M&A; and executive teams while engaging owners, advisors, and bankers. The position provides exposure to different industries and business models across the full M&A; lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate acquisitions with M&A; and executive teams
Lead conversations with owners, advisors, and bankers
Prepare financial, non-financial, valuation, and operational analyses
Conduct diligence and draft investment memorandums for board approval
Craft integration strategy and support acquired businesses

Requirements:
Degree in Business or Finance from a competitive institution
Minimum four years of M&A; experience
Expertise building financial models and structured analysis
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Robust technology understanding and software industry passion
