Salesforce Platform Developer expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components supports secure solutions at Altus Group. This remote role prefers Toronto candidates.

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, you will design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions. The work includes Salesforce Flow, SOQL, integrations, automation, release quality, and platform performance. You will translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions while collaborating with architects, product teams, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Build Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and related technologies
Translate business and technical requirements into secure solutions
Contribute to reusable patterns, code reviews, and technical standards




Develop integrations using APIs and appropriate integration technologies
Support testing, CI/CD, releases, and production deployments

Requirements:
Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, and SOQL
Experience supporting enterprise integrations through APIs and integration patterns
Knowledge of governor limits, security, performance, and platform stability
Familiarity with source control, CI/CD, and release management
Ability to explain technical risks and trade-offs clearly
