VetStrategy supports Baxter Animal Hospital, a collaborative practice serving pets and families throughout Northern Ontario. This Veterinarian position offers diverse medical and surgical cases, including urgent and emergency care through Sudbury’s shared on-call rotation. Experienced veterinarians and newer DVMs can receive mentorship while developing professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide veterinary medicine for pets and their families
Manage diverse medical and surgical cases
Participate in team-oriented urgent and emergency on-call care
Build relationships with clients and veterinary colleagues
Contribute positively to Baxter’s team-oriented team culture
Requirements:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent
Eligibility for licensing in Ontario
Strong commitment to patient care and client service
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
