Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Store Manager leads a high-performing store setting. This position manages complex customer service issues, guides other leaders, and supports sales, cost control, resource planning, and inventory control. Coaching, communication, and process improvement support business results.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide leaders and direct team performance
Manage complex customer service issues through mediation
Plan resources and control inventory
Coach staff and communicate expectations clearly
Improve processes and maintain customer focus

Requirements:
Secondary school diploma or equivalent certificate
One year recent retail experience within five years
Six months supervisory experience in retail
Successful Serving It Right certificate completion
Availability for days, nights, weekends, and required additional hours
