This Business Analyst Specialist I supports Enbridge’s Enterprise Marketing and Risk Management systems team. The role covers systems analysis, application support, demand management, and delivery coordination. You will support ETRM applications through incident triage, user support, reporting, testing, and delivery follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
Capture, clarify, document, and validate stakeholder requirements
Assess incoming demand, business value, urgency, and priorities
Provide analysis and support for enterprise ETRM applications
Coordinate project teams, vendors, integrators,



and TIS partners
Monitor satisfaction and identify service improvement prospects

Requirements:
Degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or related field
Five or more years of progressive technology experience
Exposure to Energy Trading and Risk Management systems
Understanding of IT operations and enterprise system support
Solid analytical, organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
