As Regional Manager, you will direct the company’s Quebec business from its Montreal office. Key Responsibilities:
Develop regional sales plans with revenue, tonnage, and gross profit targets
Visit freight forwarders and key accounts to win business
Own regional revenue, expenses, profitability, budgets, and forecasts
Lead sales, reservations, and operations staff daily in office




Resolve service issues with airlines and handling agents

Requirements:
Management experience in air cargo, airlines, GSSA, or freight forwarding
Proven record growing sales and improving profitability
Experience owning P&L; and managing budgets
Established Quebec freight forwarding market relationships
Skilled fluency in French and English
