Reporting to the Vice President, Investments, this senior role supports Sienna’s development strategy and long-term financial sustainability. You will evaluate deal parameters, coordinate due diligence, and prepare recommendations for Investment Committee and Board review. Cross-functional collaboration spans Finance, legal counsel, external advisors, and senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
Structure and execute development opportunities and financing considerations
Build models forecasting project costs, timelines, and returns
Coordinate due diligence across cross-functional teams




Prepare investment memoranda and Board presentation materials
Review third-party reports and synthesize underwriting findings

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or real estate preferred
Five to seven-plus years of relevant experience
Experience with energetic financial and development models
Solid analytical skills and commercial judgment
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge
