Prepare fund-level financial statements and analyze investment transactions as a Senior Fund Accounting Associate supporting domestic and offshore funds.

Reporting to a manager, you will support daily accounting operations across several fund families. The work includes portfolio schedules, partner equity allocations, partnership performance, and investor communications. You will also support audits, tax reviews, fundraising, and annual meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements for domestic and offshore fund families
Update portfolio schedules and partner equity allocations
Analyze investment transactions and partnership performance
Monitor partnership agreement compliance and determine cash needs
Distribute financials, K1s, and capital call notices

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
One to two years of full time experience
Minimum 3.0 GPA and robust academic performance
Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
Investment accounting knowledge and robust organizational skills

Apply accounting expertise, Excel proficiency, and investment knowledge to support accurate private credit fund reporting and operations.
