As an Experienced Personal Lines Sales Broker, you will manage leads, provide timely quotes, and generate current business. You will support RH Insurance, Ratehub’s growing insurance brokerage, by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate coverages. The position reports to the Personal Line Sales Broker, Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage leads and provide timely quotes to prospective clients
Generate current business through networks and assigned leads
Build trust and understand customer needs quickly
Cross sell and upsell to drive customer value
Explain coverages according to individual customer needs
Requirements:
Alberta Level 2 General License required
Minimum one year personal lines insurance sales experience
Proven record of achieving high sales numbers
Solid closing and sales target performance
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Apply personal lines expertise, sales discipline, and coverage knowledge as a fully remote broker with RH Insurance.
