Experience as an Enterprise Product Analyst supporting SAP, Salesforce CRM, MDM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow, or other enterprise applications.
Robust business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and product enhancements.
Collaborate with business, cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
Experience in process improvement, gap analysis, UAT, and end-to-end project delivery.
Preferred knowledge of Agile tools, system integration, APIs, data analysis, and reporting.
