Deliver obstetric and gynaecological care at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital as an ST3+ Clinical Fellow on a full-shift pattern. Support patients across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and clinic settings.
This one-year fixed-term O&G; Clinical Fellow post is based in the Maternity Block. You will work with 16 registrar doctors providing daytime and out-of-hours care. The post includes emergency care, ward rounds, theatre participation, clinics, teaching, audit, and educational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver emergency care through Labour Ward on-calls
Provide emergency care during Gynaecology Emergency on-calls
Conduct daily ward rounds for O&G; inpatients
Manage inpatient and outpatient O&G; patients
Participate in theatre sessions, clinics, teaching, and audit
Requirements:
Clinical Fellow experience at ST3+ level
Availability for a one-year fixed-term appointment
Ability to provide daytime and out-of-hours care
Eligibility to provide obstetric and gynaecological patient management
CREST certificate may be requested where applicable
