Lead municipal roadway projects with GFT in Ottawa, applying project management expertise and civil engineering knowledge through a hybrid work model. As Senior Project Manager, Municipal Roads, you will manage projects or lead teams within GFT’s Transportation Practice. Your work includes scope, schedule, budget, technical quality, and multidisciplinary coordination. You will also support business development and develop client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare project management plans and control scope, schedule, and budget Coordinate discipline leads, department heads, controls staff, and construction personnel Maintain technical quality across municipal roadway projects Mentor project staff and participate in hiring processes Manage daily operations within the roads and highways team Requirements:

University degree in civil engineering or related discipline Required P.Eng. designation 10+ years of municipal roadway project experience Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Inroads, or ORD Technical excellence in civil and roadway design Bring senior project leadership, roadway design expertise, and client relationship skills to GFT’s Ottawa Transportation Practice.
