The Business Development Manager serves as the primary liaison between restaurants and corporate office. This role provides counsel, coaching, and assistance to restaurant owners and operators. Responsibilities span financial performance, marketing initiatives, training, compliance, restaurant openings, and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with franchise partners and restaurant teams
Monitor Food Safety, Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards
Assess restaurant finances and establish operating budgets
Coordinate restaurant openings, training,



and setup activities
Support local marketing plans and product rollouts

Requirements:
Three to five years in multi-unit quick service restaurants
Second-level P&L; accountability and restaurant management experience
Experience with local store marketing initiatives
Robust analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Availability for travel, evenings, and weekends
