As a Lead Data Scientist, you will design predictive models, analytical frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications, and agentic workflows. The work combines Python, SQL, machine learning, foundation-model integration, and evaluation across enterprise data sources. You will translate workforce and organizational questions into measurable hypotheses and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Design statistical analyses, predictive models, and machine-learning solutions
Build Generative AI, retrieval, and agentic applications
Implement tool calling, orchestration, and structured outputs




Develop reusable prompts, agents, tools, and evaluation components
Optimize reliability, latency, cost, and user experience

Requirements:
Typically six or more years of relevant experience
Advanced proficiency in Python and statistical modeling
Robust SQL and analytical data-development skills
Experience implementing enterprise AI or machine-learning solutions
Experience with foundation models and production deployment
