The ACA – M2 ensures maintenance follows the Maintenance Control Manual, Maintenance Policy Manual, Detailed Procedures Documents, manuals, and Transport Canada requirements. The position maintains technical documentation, supports AOG maintenance, and participates in Porter’s Safety Management System. It also mentors recent Apprentices and coordinates assigned overnight work packages.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure maintenance activities follow approved procedures and Transport Canada requirements
Maintain ACA qualifications and technical documentation for company aircraft




Mentor current Apprentices and liaise with Lead and MOC
Support GSE maintenance, AOG work, and equipment logs
Report hazards and incidents through Porter’s SMS program

Requirements:
Valid M2 AME license and ACA qualifications
Working knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Passport, RAIC clearance eligibility, and AVOP eligibility
Dash-8 400 experience and maintenance software knowledge considered assets
