Canada Life seeks a knowledgeable, empathetic Rehabilitation Consultant for its case management team. You will assess rehabilitative needs, develop service delivery plans, and manage providers. The work requires communication with claimants, employers, physicians, and treatment providers.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess rehabilitation potential through file reviews and claimant interviews
Develop cost-effective rehabilitation and return-to-work plans
Monitor services, stakeholders, barriers, and functional improvements




Prepare reports with findings and recommendations
Track activities and document electronic case files

Requirements:
University degree related to rehabilitation
Five years of insurance rehabilitation experience preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
Mental Health experience considered an asset
Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and home office capability
