Reporting to the Director of Mental Health and Addictions, this full time manager supports Saskatchewan Health Authority goals. The work includes operational and business plans, monitoring, reporting, course correction, and partnerships. You will foster client-centric culture across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute operational and business plans
Connect operational lines of sight with SHA goals
Monitor, report, and correct plan progress
Lead an creative, positive working climate
Develop system and community partnerships

Requirements:
Five years managing or supervising Mental Health and Addictions
Experience in leadership and a related area
Human Services diploma or recognized related degree
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Advanced leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
