You will inspect completed stages of current home builds, complete homeowner walkthroughs, and build relationships with multiple home builders. The work covers Edmonton and surrounding communities, including Beaumont, Leduc, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, St. Albert, and Stony Plain. Inspection software supports documented reporting and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality control inspections on newly built homes
Complete pre-possession and possession walkthroughs

Requirements:
