QuadReal Property Group seeks a Community Manager to oversee residential property operations. The role covers leasing, marketing, administration, reporting, staff leadership, maintenance coordination, accounts receivable, and customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee leasing processes, applications, renewals, and move-in packages
Execute marketing plans, surveys, pricing recommendations, and community relationships

Requirements:
