Lead month-end reporting, financial statements, and close activities as Accounting Manager at Mother Parkers, supporting tea and coffee manufacturing operations.
Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this Accounting Manager leads financial reporting, Accounts Payable, and Credit/Collections. The position manages reconciliations, transfer pricing, cash flow, and process improvements. It also supports audits, budgets, forecasts, and control initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage month-end reporting, journal entries, and close deadlines
Prepare consolidated financial statements and monthly reporting packages
Lead Accounts Payable and Credit/Collections teams
Manage transfer pricing between Canadian and United States entities
Prepare audit working papers and communicate with external auditors
Requirements:
Required CPA designation; CCP preferred
At least five years of progressive finance experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics D365 knowledge
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
