OPENLANE seeks a Transportation Supervisor experienced in vehicle transport operations, supply chain management, and team supervision. You will facilitate daily logistics activities while ensuring accurate, timely, effective unit movement across the network. The role combines routing oversight, delivery investigations, carrier relationships, and cross-functional process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coach, and manage daily team activities
Oversee end-to-end vehicle routing, scheduling, and planning
Investigate delivery issues and coordinate corrective actions
Monitor provider reports, delays,
exceptions, and transportation risks
Recommend process improvements to Logistics leadership
Requirements:
Five-plus years in vehicle transport, logistics, or supply chain
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience onboarding and training logistics employees
Carrier partner relationship management experience
Advanced Microsoft Access and Excel knowledge
