Lead diamond and reverse circulation drilling programs as a Senior Geologist Supervisor at Highland Valley Copper, working in office in Logan Lake, British Columbia.

This senior technical role oversees geology-driven programs supporting resource development, geological modeling, and Life-of-Asset planning. You will manage drilling scope, schedules, budgets, contractors, and geological data. Your expertise will support resource models, mine planning, production optimization, and long-term asset value.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute secure diamond and reverse circulation drilling programs
Manage drilling scopes, schedules, budgets, and contractor oversight
Monitor progress, risks, corrective actions, and project delivery
Interpret porphyry copper-molybdenum lithology, alteration, mineralization,



and structure
Mentor geologists and technicians while improving workflows and QA/QC

Requirements:
Advanced Geology or related geoscience degree preferred
Qualified Geoscientist membership with Engineers and Geoscientists BC
15+ years in operating mines or advanced project environments
Advanced experience with porphyry copper-molybdenum deposits
Proficiency with Leapfrog, Datamine, Vulcan, acQuire, or similar software
