Lead F12’s regional growth, financial performance, and managed services delivery while applying strategic planning and operational leadership. The role reports to the COO.

As General Manager, you oversee provincial or regional performance across revenue, client experience, technical service delivery, and operational excellence. You develop territory plans, manage P&L; responsibilities, support sales growth, and foster a high-performance culture. Your work connects account management, business operations, finance, and service leadership to regional objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate annual regional strategic plans for growth and culture
Manage regional P&L;, forecasting, budgets, and financial reporting
Oversee managed services delivery and client experience




Support existing-account sales and current business development
Improve operational processes, efficiency, and compliance

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience
Technical undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Financial acumen in budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Experience monitoring metrics across business units
