This chance suits a level 2 or level 3 Semi-Skilled or Qualified Technician. You will prepare used cars for resale, complete inspections, and perform light mechanical repairs. The role focuses on vehicle readiness rather than customer interaction, with communication involving Workshop Controllers and Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete pre-delivery inspections on vehicles
Carry out general servicing and light mechanical repairs
Prepare used cars for retail resale
Diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer guidelines
Complete final quality checks before MOT
Requirements:
Level 2 or level 3 technician skills
Semi-Skilled or Qualified Technician experience
Ability to complete vehicle inspections accurately
Experience with brakes, pads, suspension, or head units
MOT licence welcomed but not required
Use vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and PDI skills to prepare resale cars within a skilled workshop workplace.
