As an Associate Insurance Service Advisor, you provide in-force policy support to licensed advisors, Branch Managers, and Insurance Consultants. You serve as a regional contact for policy management questions, advisor training, statements, notices, illustrations, and paperwork. Your work also addresses policy risks and client servicing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support licensed advisors with in-force policy management activities
Deliver Centralize access training and servicing best practices
Review permanent policies and identify potential future issues
Manage orphaned policies as regional Agent of Record
Identify prospects for conversions and secondary sales
Requirements:
Three to five years within the life insurance industry
University degree or equivalent education
LLQP qualification
Permanent life insurance and carrier software experience
Estate planning and corporate-owned insurance knowledge
