The Narmco Group seeks an Area Manager responsible for supervised areas and their quality, production, and loss control goals. This position requires production supervision training or experience, organizational and communication skills, leadership ability, and technical skills. The Area Manager supports improved working conditions and a world class position through consistent execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote safe practices and Occupational Health and Safety Act compliance
Communicate and execute quality goals through approved systems




Plan schedules and control productivity and efficiency standards
Monitor housekeeping practices through continual area audits
Reduce scrap, rework, interruptions, waste, and supply costs

Requirements:
Training or experience in production supervision
Robust organizational skills for planning and control
Robust communication skills across supervised areas
Leadership and motivational ability
Technical skills meeting job requirements
