As Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will scale Clio’s referral programme within the Customer Marketing Team. The work combines B2B software marketing, segmentation, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Your focus is inspiring customers to refer others while improving programme performance and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and launch referral programme experiments
Own goals and report referral rates, MQLs, pipeline, and ROI
Analyse performance and recommend data-driven improvements
Identify segmentation opportunities using customer insights
Optimise workflows, incentives, and messaging
Requirements:
Five-plus years in B2B software marketing
Experience in growth, demand generation, or customer marketing
Success driving pipeline growth and revenue through campaigns
Expertise with Salesforce, Ambassador, Sendoso, Pendo, or automation platforms
Robust analytical, communication, and project management skills
