As a Specialist, Digital, you will manage projects from discovery through delivery while developing project management and consulting capabilities. You will structure work, manage competing priorities, and guide Strategy, UX Design, and Technology teams. The role also includes client communication, workshops, and AI-supported deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead digital and AI projects of varying sizes
Manage timelines, resourcing, scope, and budgets
Coordinate daily execution across cross-functional teams
Resolve risks and blockers to maintain project progress




Facilitate discovery, design thinking, and planning workshops

Requirements:
Minimum two years of relevant experience
Experience managing digital projects across design or technology teams
Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies
Solid client communication and stakeholder management skills
Curiosity about AI and comfort using AI tools
