Support holiday shoppers at the LCBO in Kitchener using POS systems and customer service skills while working on-site from November 16 to December 31, 2026.
As a fixed-term Holiday Customer Service Representative, you will report to the Store Manager in a retail store. Paid online training introduces wine, beer, cider, and spirits. You will help create memorable shopping experiences while supporting store operations. This part time position pays $20.82 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve customers promptly and responsibly using POS systems
- Ask for donations through the Spirit of Sustainability campaign
- Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
- Receive inventory and replenish, face-up, and organize products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store
Requirements:
- Work on-site at 123 Pioneer Drive, Kitchener
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be legally allowed to work in Canada
- Lift cases weighing up to 40 pounds repeatedly
- Be available Friday evenings and weekend shifts
