Build recent home sales experience with Mattamy Homes Canada across GTA North and East, using customer service and communication skills. This full time role follows a four-day weekly schedule, including weekends.

As a Sales Associate, you will support multiple communities while developing foundational sales skills. You will learn Mattamy products, processes, construction basics, site plans, and floor plans. The rotational assignment offers hands-on exposure to different products and markets while supporting the full homebuying journey and future development toward Sales Consultant work.

Key Responsibilities:
Rotate across communities according to coverage and traffic needs
Support prospective purchasers across sales offices and communities
Explain home features, pricing, options,



and purchase procedures
Assist with show home tours and homeowner appointments
Maintain purchaser files, records, and corporate database information

Requirements:
Two or more years of sales experience
Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills
Flexibility to travel across multiple communities
Ability to understand construction, site, and floor plans
Proficiency with MS Office and new systems
