We're looking for a Store Manager to help lead the boutique's next chapter.The roleLead the in-store experience: clienteling, styling and building lasting relationships with a discerning clienteleGrow sales across the boutique and revelleshop.Com, with a focus on e-commerce growth and repeat clientsManage inventory, receiving and stock counts in Lightspeed, synced with our WooCommerce siteSupport merchandising,



visual displays and new collection launchesHelp with email/SMS (Klaviyo), Instagram content and in-store eventsTrack KPIs and share what's working and what isn'tYou bring3+ years in luxury or contemporary womenswear retail, ideally at an independent boutiqueA natural eye for styling and a genuine love of fashionComfort with POS and inventory systems; e-commerce or social media experience is a strong plusA self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset.
