Support remote camp dining operations with Sodexo using food service, cleaning, and guest service skills on a 28-days-in, 14-days-out rotation.

As General Help at Ascot Gold, you will help maintain comfortable, safe dining spaces for workers living remotely. The position is based from Terrace, British Columbia, and is not fly-in or fly-out. Your work includes beverage preparation, buffet service, dining room upkeep, and maintaining supplies. You will follow food safety, HACCP, safety, and risk management procedures while supporting daily camp operations. The schedule may include day, night, and split shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain dining rooms, shelves, and floors
• Set tables and replenish beverages, condiments, dishes,
  
  
  
  and utensils
• Prepare coffee and cold beverages
• Serve guests on main buffet lines
• Attend training and safety meetings

Requirements:

• Mess Hall Attendant experience in a large camp or institutional setting
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items
• Food safety certificate
• Valuable attendance and disciplinary records
• Availability for day, night, or split shifts
