As a Customer Experience Associate, you will understand client needs and recommend banking solutions while creating positive experiences. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. The role also involves resolving concerns, promoting solutions, and completing business processes accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities appropriately
Promote banking solutions while completing assigned business processes
Provide transparent advice on banking solutions and processes
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year of relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent considered an asset
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Accurate, detail-oriented, and effective verbal communicator
