Key Responsibilities:
Create purchase orders and process receiving and invoices
Investigate payment issues and follow up on delays
Manage vendor applications, updates, approvals, and accounts




Develop Oracle training materials and employee job aids
Action support requests within established service timelines

Requirements:
Purchasing, invoicing, Accounts Payable, or vendor management experience
Oracle or similar ERP and procurement system experience
Solid organisation, coordination, and attention to detail
SharePoint and Microsoft Office tracking experience
Ability to manage priorities and resolve discrepancies independently
