StickerYou needs a Shipping Fulfillment Associate in Toronto for in-person evening work focused on product quality, order accuracy, and timely shipping.

Working Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, you will support fulfillment and shipping operations at StickerYou’s North Toronto production facility. The work includes counting orders, checking print quality, managing pending items, and preparing shipments for different couriers. You will use internal tools and communicate production issues clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Count products and barcode tags for order accuracy
- Perform quality checks, artwork reviews, damage checks, and peel tests
- Manage pending spreadsheets and investigate incomplete orders




- Move orders across production and into fulfillment securely
- Prepare complete shipments meeting quality and courier standards

Requirements:

- High proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, Docs, Word, and Gmail
- Solid mathematical and technical skills
- Experience with United States customs and clearance
- Familiarity with Canada Post, USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand through eight-to-ten-hour shifts
