Swing shift Welder Fabricators use welding, fabrication, and engineered drawings to build customer-specified parts. Work Monday through Thursday on a 4-10 schedule from 1:00pm to 11:30pm.

This manufacturing and fabrication position welcomes beginning and experienced welders. You will cut, form, grind, and weld aluminum, stainless, and carbon steel materials. The work includes saws, grinders, press brakes, and welding equipment. Growth, mentoring, and continuous improvement are part of the described chance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, operate, and maintain welding and trade-specific machinery
- Interpret engineered drawings, work orders, and blueprints
- Cut, form, grind, and weld materials to specifications
- Inspect welds, document results,



and maintain equipment records
- Operate lift trucks and overhead cranes safely

Requirements:

- Welding or fabrication experience, including entry-level candidates
- Ability to use precision measurement tools
- Knowledge of shop procedures and safety standards
- Use of appropriate personal protective equipment
- Understanding of OSHA and AWS standards
