This permanent, part-time position requires two to three years of retail sales and customer service experience. You will discuss merchandise, prepare purchases, maintain inventory, and support merchandising activities. The role also involves educating customers about cannabis perks without providing medical advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and discuss merchandise types, quality, and quantities
- Maintain product and service knowledge for customer assistance
- Replace, rotate, and manage stock levels accurately
- Prepare orders and merchandise for customer purchases
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and sensitively
Requirements:
- Completed CannSell License and clean Criminal Background Check
- Two to three years of retail sales experience
- Knowledge of and passion for cannabis and accessories
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability for nights, holidays, weekends, and different locations
