As a Lumber Yard Associate, you will advise customers on lumber and building materials while supporting effective department operations. The work includes loading products, checking invoices, organizing stock, and maintaining safety. Knowledge of building materials is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and assistance for lumber and building material needs
- Load customer products safely and efficiently
- Check invoices and verify supplied products
- Unload trucks, cull lumber, and organize stock
- Clean, label prices, maintain pallets, and open or close the yard
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Knowledge of building materials is an asset
