Build retail skills through stocking, product rotation, and inventory accuracy as a Dairy Frozen Associate at Walmart Canada’s Whitby location.
You will support stocking and sales activities while keeping fresh products available for customers. The position includes merchandise rotation, expired-product checks, accurate pricing, signing, labeling, and department feature maintenance. You will also follow established procedures for food handling, temperature checks, sanitation, and safe work areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support stocking and sales activities in the Dairy/Frozen department
- Check temperature, calibrate thermometers, and follow cold chain standards
- Maintain accurate merchandise pricing, signing, flagging, and labeling
- Remove spills, debris,
and unnecessary items from work areas
- Complete repetitive stocking, zoning, and product organization tasks
Requirements:
- Age 16 or older
- Willingness to work diverse shifts based on business needs
- Ability to manage high task volumes efficiently
- Ability to stand for extended periods and bend repeatedly
- Ability to maintain focus during work hours
