Support resident dining at AgeCare through courteous meal service, careful food preparation, and a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires standing and walking throughout most shifts.

Reporting to the Director or Dietary Manager, the Dietary Aide supports setup, preparation, serving, and cleanup across meal services. You will assist residents and guests, maintain dining areas, support catering events, and follow departmental procedures. Experience in food service or working with seniors is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve meals professionally and courteously to residents and guests
- Prepare beverages, salads, desserts, and other service items
- Set and clear tables and deliver trays
- Clean dishware, cutlery, kitchen, and dining areas
- Support catering, theme events, orientation, and employee training

Requirements:

- Required Food Handler's Certificate
- Food Service Worker Training enrollment or completion
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift and transfer heavy, hot items
- Current Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Record Check
