As a Merchandiser, you will organize backroom product and maintain assigned inventory areas. You will follow receiving, return, loss prevention, health, and safety procedures. The position requires attention to product placement, expiry dates, store image, and consumer-focused displays. You will also help customers in aisles and support Front Store Managers with quality and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain neat, organized backroom product areas
- Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed
- Monitor inventory placement and product expiry dates
- Process merchandise receiving and returns documentation
- Support Front Store Managers with quality standards

Requirements:

- Planning, judgement, and decision-making abilities
