As a Seasonal Client Ambassador, you will welcome clients and support them in finding jewellery they genuinely love. You will receive shipments, replenish the sales floor, maintain accurate stockrooms, and keep stores visually ready. This client-facing role also includes POS operation, gift packaging, and team support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and help them find suitable jewellery
- Receive shipments and replenish the sales floor
- Maintain accurate, organized stockroom inventory
- Wrap and package gifts carefully and efficiently
- Operate POS and maintain visual standards
Requirements:
- One to two years of retail or similar experience
- Comfort standing, lifting cartons, and using step stools
- Availability for evenings, weekends, Black Friday, and Boxing Day
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide ad hoc team support
