This full time, permanent Foreman position guides mechanics and QA staff while supporting protected, reliable equipment operation. Battlefield Equipment Rentals is part of Toromont Industries Ltd. The work includes customer quotes, work-order accuracy, production reporting, and technical assistance during major repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee department activities and coordinate service tasks
Maintain repair-time and workmanship records accurately
Advise mechanics on troubleshooting and repair practices
Monitor production goals, schedules, materials, and inventory




Ensure technicians follow safety policies and procedures

Requirements:
Heavy Equipment Mechanic license, 421A or 310T
Repair experience with construction equipment, including Genie, Skyjack, or CAT
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision
Personal tools and on-call schedule flexibility required
