As Merchandise Manager, you will manage key inventory processes supporting an organized and customer-ready store. The work includes truck execution, inventory control, RTVs, ASN receiving, damages procedures, and Ship from Store fulfillment. You will also partner with leadership on workload planning and staffing alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory accuracy, integrity, and stock movement
- Process RTVs and ASN receiving documentation
- Oversee damages procedures and shrink reduction
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping
- Prioritize daily workload with store leadership
Requirements:
- Three or more years of retail leadership experience
- Ability to remain standing and move throughout stores
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Ability to perform repetitive scanning and stocking motions
- Ability to lift merchandise and fixtures up to 50 pounds
