As a Service Leader, you will contribute directly to a multi-million-dollar restaurant and its people. The JOEY Accelerated Leadership Program provides three months of rapid-tracked development. You will learn operations, people development, leadership, coaching, and strategic planning while supporting restaurant success.

Requirements:
Two to three or more years of full-service restaurant leadership
Ability to develop, coach, and inspire high-performing teams
Ability to recruit, hire, and retain talent proactively
Ability to manage in-store budgets and forecasts
High attention to detail and integrity
