Key Responsibilities:
Develop IVR and routing automation with Cyara, Hammer, or similar tools

Lead technical work for maintenance releases and enhancements
Provide ongoing support activities in a scaled Agile setting

Requirements:
Robust quality engineering experience with contact center platforms
Solid knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect is a plus
French speaking and testing capabilities
Java core expertise
Familiarity with Bitbucket, Git, JIRA, Confluence, or IDEs
